Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Carriers We offer various shipping options at checkout. Rates are calculated based on package weight, dimensions, and destination. Available carriers may include USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
Domestic Delivery Estimates
- Standard shipping: 5–8 business days
- Expedited shipping: 2–3 business days (where available)
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Second Wind is not liable for carrier delays once the package has been transferred.
International Shipping International shipping may be available at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
EU Orders Orders shipped to European Union countries are typically delivered within 10–20 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on the destination country. Please allow additional time for customs clearance, which is outside our control.
